I’m happy you’re here.
Welcome to..…me!
I wear a lot of hats in life. I work at Oklahoma State University. In addition to this, I serve as Vice Chair for the Staff Advisory Council, which aims to advance working conditions for staff members of the institution, am an adjunct UNIV 1111 professor, am a member of the Native American Faculty and Staff Association and serve as an advocate for the Theatre Circle, which aims to raise funding to support OSU Theatre programming and scholarships.
My professional work includes time in both higher education and the private sector. Prior to joining OSU, I served in multiple leadership roles for several major companies that have operations in Oklahoma. I also launched my new business venture, SkillSummit LLC, earlier this year. Structured as a Business-to-Business (B2B) company, SkillSummit aims to help other small businesses around Oklahoma get off the ground by supporting administrative processes, business operations, content creation, website management, and more.
I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK, with a Minor in Marketing and am currently working on a Master of Science (M.S.) in Educational Psychology at the Oklahoma State University College of Education and Human Sciences as well as a graduate certificate in HR Management at the OSU Spears School of Business. I have most recently earned professional certificates in Digital Accessibility, Professional Procurement, and Title VII and IX compliance.
I am native to Oklahoma and have lived in several communities around the state throughout the years. I also volunteer to civically engage others around Oklahoma through a variety of organizations at local, state, and national levels.
My home hobbies include reading, writing, and binge-watching Netflix (of course). I have an absolute love for travel, spending time with family and friends, and learning new things. You’ll regularly catch me heading to the airport or coffee shops. I’m also attempting to learn the guitar this year!
